Our designs are customized to fit the needs and wishes of our clients and range from small additions and starter homes to multi million dollar homes and commercial projects.
Unlike house plans you buy on-line that are not designed to meet local building standards and are not designed to fit your particular lot, we will consult with you on those issues while going through the design process and will offer advice to maximize the potential.
The standard drawing package produced by will provide you with the necessary drawings to acquire a building permit.
